Leading Yourself Through Anger

A 3-Day Guided Anger Reset

If anger keeps showing up even though you understand it,
this workshop will help you work with it at the nervous system level — not through force, suppression, or endless analysis.

This work starts where most people get stuck —
and shows you how to move forward without forcing change.

What You’ll Learn (3 Days)

Day 1 — Awareness
Recognize your anger loops and the early signals your body sends before escalation.

Day 2 — Regulation
Learn how to interrupt anger in real time by supporting your nervous system first.

Day 3 — Integration
Understand how change actually sticks — through repetition, grace, and self-leadership over time.

Each day includes:

  • a grounded teaching

  • a guided audio practice

  • a simple reflection to integrate the work

Who This Is For

This workshop is for you if:

  • You understand your anger, but still get pulled into reaction

  • You try to “calm down,” but it doesn’t work when it matters most

  • You want practical tools that don’t overwhelm your system

  • You’re ready to build steadiness instead of self-blame

How It Works

  • Delivered by email over 3 days

  • Full lifetime access inside your private portal

  • Short, paced, and nervous-system respectful

  • No pressure, no overwhelm

Most anger work focuses on managing behavior — learning what to say, how to communicate better, or how to think differently in the moment.

That approach can be helpful, but it often leaves people frustrated when anger still takes over under pressure.

This workshop starts earlier — at the level of the nervous system.

When your system doesn’t feel resourced, insight isn’t accessible.
Tools disappear. Language collapses. Old patterns take over.

By working with the body first, regulation becomes possible in real time.
And when regulation is available, choice naturally follows.

That’s the difference this work makes.

Who Am I?

I’m Talya Pardo Ricardo.

I guide people who want to understand their anger — and still struggle to stay regulated when pressure hits.

My work focuses on closing the gap between insight and embodiment by teaching paced, integration-based self-leadership that the nervous system can actually hold.

I don’t teach anger management as "control" or "suppression".

I teach how to build emotional capacity, so choice becomes available in real moments — not just in theory.

This workshop is a doorway into that work.

If you’re ready to work with anger differently —
not by fighting it, but by learning how to lead yourself through it —
this workshop is a grounded place to begin.
